The Court dismissed leave to appeal because the trial judge was entitled to accept PW1's evidence that the applicant handed Exhibits P1 and P3 to him, the presence of Exhibit P16 in the applicant's bedroom and the manifest inconsistency between that document and the true account balance justified an inference she possessed and knew it was false, and the sentence was not manifestly excessive given the loss, benefit to the applicant, premeditation and her prior convictions.
