The Full Court held Pickering J. was entitled to correct his judgment under the Slip Rule to include interest because Briggs J.'s prior refusal did not amount to a determination on the merits and therefore did not bar a fresh correction application; Pickering J. properly exercised his discretion in granting correction notwithstanding delay, but the costs order for the correction application was varied and costs reapportioned on appeal.
