The Adjudicator provided good and sufficient reasons—overlapping issues and projects, respondent's set-off defence in the District Court action, and identity of parties and witnesses—such that transfer of the Small Claims Actions to the District Court to be determined together with the District Court Action was necessary to avoid duplicative proceedings; on review under section 27 the court examined the matter afresh and found the transfer order properly made and confirmed it.
