Appellant failed to demonstrate any error in the original judge's exercise of discretion or an arguable judicial review claim: the alleged omissions and registry conduct were either immaterial, procedural and non‑reviewable, or did not cause prejudice; the three‑month time limit was applicable and the proposed grounds lacked reasonable prospect of success; accordingly leave and the appeal were properly refused and dismissed.
