The court ordered mandatory delivery of the original title deed because the administration grant vested title and custody rights in the administrator; the respondent had no lawful right to retain the deed, failed to explain where she had placed it or to produce it, and cannot avoid the obligation by asserting transfer to unspecified 'others'; accordingly a mandatory order for delivery and an award of costs on an indemnity/compensatory basis were appropriate.
