Relief from sanction was refused because Mr Xia failed to comply with the Asset Disclosure Order and there were deliberate non-disclosures; the Chabra injunction was continued to preserve assets pending determination of discharge proceedings; independent joint and several receivers and managers were ordered over Mr Xia's entire assets with nomination procedure directed, and specific disclosure directions and costs orders (including indemnity costs for the Further Disclosure Summons) were made to enforce compliance and protect CEG's interests.
