The Master's order was set aside and the appeal allowed because the additional amendments sought by the 2nd and 3rd Plaintiffs had not been previously considered and were not the same as those earlier refused; accordingly the 2nd and 3rd Plaintiffs were granted leave to amend the Statement of Claim as per the draft filed 14 October 1994; objections based on prejudice to the Defendants by removal of the 1st Plaintiff were misplaced because Ord.15 r.3 permits joinder to a counterclaim and the earlier decisions of the Registrar and Wong J. could not be reviewed in this proceeding.
