Permission to appeal was refused because service by ordinary post to the defendant's last known address was properly evidenced and the resulting simple-procedure judgment was a regular judgment; the defendant advanced only unsupported assertions without objective evidence of a proprietary interest or of unfairness in the settlement and therefore failed to show a reasonable prospect of success required for leave to appeal.
