Section 8(8A) of the Lands Tribunal Ordinance confers jurisdiction on the Lands Tribunal to determine claims transferred to it from the Small Claims Tribunal under s.7; that jurisdiction is not negated by the list in s.45(4) of the Building Management Ordinance, therefore the respondents' application to strike out for lack of jurisdiction (on the basis the applicant is an ex-manager) was dismissed.
