- Court
- Court of First Instance

The Master held he had jurisdiction because the trial judge's varied costs order plainly intended paragraph 2 to cover interlocutory and previously reserved costs; the contested tracing, accounting and investigative disbursements were necessary and reasonably incurred to prove fraud, tracing and dishonest assistance and therefore properly taxable; no apportionment was warranted because the bill contained no wholly extraneous items; and the Plaintiff's taxed costs were properly reduced by 15% for inordinate delay in prosecuting the taxation.
