Section 12(2) of the Small Claims Tribunal Ordinance does not require the Attorney‑General personally to sign claim forms; a duly authorised agent may sign pursuant to ordinary agency rules and the prior authorisation and the 7 February 1984 authority amounted to authorization and ratification so the Treasury officer was entitled to sign; appeals allowed and judgments entered for amounts claimed.
