On credibility and documentary comparison the judge found the plaintiffs' account more reliable: the disputed invoices evidenced separate consignments which were unpaid, and the defendants failed to prove that the subsequent consignments were appropriated to the August 3, 1970 order; accordingly plaintiffs were entitled to judgment for the claimed sums and the defendants' counterclaim failed.
