The Court upheld the sentencing judge's exercise of discretion: despite the Applicant's anxiety-depression and absence of personal financial gain these factors did not outweigh the gravity of planned, prolonged breaches of trust that materially harmed litigants; the starting point and reductions for plea, mitigation and totality were appropriate and the custodial sentence of two and a half years was not manifestly excessive.
