On the proper construction of SC 6(b)(i) of New Grant No.8800, the phrase "one residence" means one dwelling house or one residential building (a single two-storey residential building as permitted by the Covenant) and does not permit the erection of multiple separate residential buildings on the Lot even if occupied by the same person or household; the Phrase does not impose a restriction on creation of co-ownership or undivided shares.
