The court granted the disclosure orders sought: bankers' books disclosure (alternatively Norwich Pharmacal) against Taipei Fubon Commercial Bank (Hong Kong) for the accounts of the 1st and 2nd defendants for the period from each account opening to 31 May 2016, on the basis that there was a real prospect the information would assist tracing, plaintiffs gave appropriate undertakings, and the balance of convenience favoured disclosure; plaintiffs to reimburse the bank's reasonable costs and bear the agreed handling charges in this instance.
