Section 307A(3) preserves the listed status of suspended securities for Part XIVA but does not compel treating suspension as if trading continued when determining whether information would be likely to 'materially affect' price; the Tribunal erred in assessing materiality solely by reference to the pre‑suspension price and ignoring post‑suspension events. The liability determinations based on that error were set aside and the matter is remitted to the Tribunal to reassess materiality taking post‑suspension events into account and permitting fresh expert evidence.
