The appeal is dismissed. The Foundation must first identify specific entries in the fee notes for which further particulars are required within 42 days; absent evidence casting doubt on the integrity of WG, production of raw contemporaneous time entries is not relevant or necessary and would be disproportionate and potentially oppressive given the volume of material; the Master’s case management approach was appropriate.
