The Court of Appeal dismissed the appeal: the Disciplinary Committee's sanctions, including the 18-month period during which a practising certificate shall not be issued, were not plainly wrong or outside the reasonable range given the seriousness of repeated failures in quality control and documentation, the appellant's conduct in contesting findings at hearing and the expert assessment of the tribunal.
