The appeal is dismissed because the trial judge provided adequate, balanced directions about the accomplice witness, identified and put the material contradictions to the jury, properly assessed the significance of defence evidence including DW3, and did not err in limiting questions about precise sentencing discount levels which are discretionary; the jury could legitimately accept PW1 and the conviction is safe.
