There was sufficient and distinct evidence to support separate convictions under s130 and s137 because living on earnings and control for prostitution involve different considerations and do not necessarily constitute the same offence; accordingly convictions on counts 3 and 5 stand, and the two year sentence for keeping a vice establishment was not manifestly excessive given previous convictions and the substantial scale of the enterprise.
