Court found Official Receiver proved both grounds: Ms Chan failed to cooperate by not replying to the 7 February 2011 requisition and her pre-bankruptcy conduct in dealing with the PRC properties was unsatisfactory (transfer/arrangement with Mr Yu, lack of documentary evidence, inconsistent explanations and apparent removal of assets from reach of trustee). Accordingly the automatic discharge was suspended for 1 year and 3 months commencing 13 November 2011 and costs were ordered against Ms Chan.
