Dashcam evidence established a four‑second interval during which the appellant, driving slowly and aware of nearby parked cars, should have observed the other vehicle moving and prepared to stop; the appellant failed to keep proper lookout and drive with due care and attention, and the evidence on rehearing proved the offence beyond reasonable doubt, so the appeal is dismissed.
