Debtor failed to comply with Bankruptcy Rules r68 by not filing a notice of opposition or affidavit and gave no acceptable explanation for the delay; the debt was established by a District Court costs order and there was no evidence of fraud, collusion or other reason to impugn that order; pending employee compensation proceedings and a legal aid application did not excuse non‑compliance and did not prevent a bankruptcy order; accordingly a usual bankruptcy order was warranted under the Bankruptcy Ordinance s6A(1)(a).
