Stay summons dismissed because on balance the EC proceedings should proceed: EC trial was likely to be much sooner given Form 7 acceptance and readiness for trial, EC issues were straightforward and limited in scope whereas the DCCJ contained unrelated matters increasing complexity and delay; granting a stay would frustrate the statutory objective of prompt relief for injured employees and would not serve the ends of justice.
