The trial judge correctly evaluated inconsistencies as minor and explicable by the sudden, short and traumatic nature of the events; the complainant's evidence was credible and established that the appellant touched her breasts and buttocks which a reasonable person would regard as indecent; and the concurrent custodial sentences (4 weeks and 3 weeks) were within principled sentencing discretion and not manifestly excessive, so the appeals against conviction and sentence fail.
