The trial magistrate's credibility findings were reasonable and supported by the evidence of the appellant moving materials and using equipment in connection with the renovation; on that basis the court was entitled to infer the appellant was undertaking employment in breach of the Immigration Ordinance/Regulations and the appeal was dismissed.
