The court accepted the Labour Tribunal's finding that the respondent was the employer and, on the evidence, found the applicant was injured in the course of employment causing total temporary incapacity from 17 February to 15 April 1977; the applicant's monthly earnings were fixed at $1,578 based on wage slips and inference, the first month's loss was offset by a prior Labour Tribunal award under Cap. 57, and compensation was awarded for the second month at two-thirds of monthly earnings amounting to $1,052.
