The Court allowed the Crown's review, set aside the suspended sentences and imposed an immediate concurrent custodial sentence of one year for all offences because, although the frauds were large-scale and occurred on two separate occasions and could justify a much longer sentence, the respondent's secondary role, young age, previous good character, being misled and substantial admissions warranted mitigation to a total sentence of one year, to be served immediately; concurrency was applied consistent with totality.
