Leave to execute the 25 May 2017 consent possession order was granted and the 14 Oct 2019 decision maintained because (1) tenancy‑by‑estoppel prevents the respondent from disputing the applicant's title in these proceedings; (2) evidence established that the purchased land included the consent order's subject area; (3) the respondent produced no objective proof he returned the specified land; and (4) the consent order was valid and not set aside, therefore the purchaser as successor may execute it and proceedings may continue against the deceased respondent's estate.
