The Registrar did not commit a reviewable error in admitting untranslated Chinese evidence where the applicant did not require translations and there was no unfairness; nor did the Registrar or IPD representatives create a realistic apprehension of bias by participating in seminars with the opponent's solicitors. Accordingly leave to apply for judicial review was properly refused.
