The appeal is dismissed because credible expert evidence and contemporaneous external printout established that the EBT machine stored results in non‑alterable internal memory and that the ultimate printout was an automatic physical presentation of that stored data; there was no evidence of tampering and procedural issues (hose obstruction, paper jam, delay) did not undermine the reliability of Exhibit P5 or the statutory requirement in s39C(3)(a).
