The Court held that the ancillary asset disclosure order required Xia to disclose his assets as at the date of the Injunction Order (24 June 2024); an extension of time did not alter that reference date; Xia must file a further affirmation within seven days confirming the position as at 24 June 2024 (including particulars of any disposals or dealings since that date) and, unless he complies, he will be debarred from defending the action; costs were ordered to follow the event on an indemnity basis, payable forthwith, with a summary assessment to be conducted.
