On the balance of probabilities the bankrupt failed to cooperate with the Official Receiver, did not properly submit required annual reports, did not surrender or account for estate assets and engaged in delay; these failures justified extending the bankruptcy period by three years to 21 May 2015 and ordering the bankrupt to pay the Official Receiver's costs assessed summarily at HK$32,769.
