Proof of a specific intent to interfere with the administration of justice is not a prerequisite for criminal contempt; it is sufficient to prove beyond reasonable doubt that each respondent intentionally performed the acts (including remaining in the Area after adequate notice and warnings) which were inherently likely to and did interfere with the due administration of justice, and the police lawfully acted under existing statutory powers to effect arrests.
