Court was satisfied beyond reasonable doubt that Zhang intentionally breached the mandatory disclosure provisions of the Order by failing to disclose assets of individual value HK$500,000 or more and therefore was in contempt on that ground; however plaintiffs failed to prove beyond reasonable doubt that Zhang retained beneficial ownership of SETL, dissipated SETL assets in breach of the injunction, or knowingly made false statements in her affirmations; court dispensed with requirement for personal service on the facts and confirmed injunction enforceable.
