The Court has jurisdiction under Section 19(1) of the Supreme Court Ordinance to grant Mareva injunctions over foreign assets and to appoint receivers where it is just and convenient to do so; where plaintiffs establish a good arguable case and a real risk of dissipation of the defendant's identifiable foreign asset, the Court may appoint receivers to preserve the asset's value — the evidence of misappropriation and risk here justified upholding the injunction and receivership orders.
