The Court held that the aggregate sentence of 7 years was lawful and appropriate given the large total loss, the deliberate and planned use of false documents to abuse banking facilities, and that the sentencing judge properly applied grouping and totality principles while taking into account mitigation including guilty plea and health; accordingly leave to appeal was refused.
