Leave to appeal was refused because the trial judge properly and reasonably accepted the prosecution identification evidence, the absence of forensic/CCTV evidence was neutral, the judge acted within discretion in reducing but not granting a full one-third plea discount for late pleas, and the enhancement for Form 8 recognizance status was lawful and proportionate in the circumstances.
