    The Court of Appeal dismissed the appeal: contempts for scandalising the court and for interfering with the administration of justice by pursuing and harassing a judge were established. Those contempts constitute necessary exceptions to freedom of expression under the Bill of Rights/Basic Law. The correct test is whether the conduct was calculated to bring the administration of justice into disrepute and involved a real risk of interference.
