The magistrate did not err: reading the ruling as a whole he applied the correct committal test; the accomplices' evidence and annexed materials were admissible as in furtherance of an ongoing conspiracy and sufficient to establish a prima facie case on the contested counts; committal stands except for two counts conceded by the Crown; the habeas corpus application is dismissed save for those counts.
