On the totality of the evidence the court was satisfied beyond reasonable doubt that the 2014 Will embodies the Deceased's testamentary intentions, that the Deceased knew and approved its contents, intended it to have immediate effect subject only to death, and that it was not procured by undue influence; therefore the 2014 Will is valid under s5(2) and should be pronounced in solemn form with probate to follow as ordered.
