The Court found on the evidence that Cheng Kwok Fai lacked authority to sign the agreements for the Plaintiff and Messrs. Ho & Chan were not appointed solicitors for those transactions; accordingly the agreements are null and void as against the Plaintiff, the Defendants are not entitled to register them, the Court will restrain further registration and will order the vacation of registrations already effected in specified actions; no costs or damages were awarded.
