The policy's Schedule limited insured employees to specific categories (office attendant and clerk) and the deceased was a production/factory manager earning substantially more and stationed primarily in the Mainland; accordingly there was no policy in force in relation to the deceased under s43(1) and the insurer was not liable. Issue of notice did not arise.
