Proceedings under Order 88 were proper and a master could hear the originating summons; the Guarantee permitted variations so no material variation discharged guarantors; defendants failed to prove the interest rate was penal or unenforceable; an all‑monies legal charge need not be released before full repayment and the bank’s refusal to release the charge for part‑payment did not constitute a clog on the equity of redemption. Accordingly the appeals are dismissed and costs ordered against the defendants.
