Defendant filed false company registry forms and gave conflicting instructions to HSBC which unlawfully interfered with the operation of the plaintiff's bank account; the interference was intentional, caused the account freeze and consequent failure to pay the franchisor within contractually stipulated time leading to termination of the franchise; therefore judgment for the plaintiff is entered and damages and interest are to be assessed because the plaintiff's global loss calculation lacked sufficient particularisation by premises and periods.
