The Judge correctly refused leave because the applicant failed to identify any legally arguable errors, provided only vague assertions without particularisation, and the Board's findings on credibility, risk, state protection and internal relocation were matters for the primary decision-makers and not susceptible to public law interference; consequently there was no prospect of success in judicial review.
