s.33(5) of the Public Order Ordinance must be construed to include the express exceptions permitting arrest, issue of a warrant and remand in custody or on bail by a court pending the Attorney General's decision; the Principal Magistrate erred in refusing adjournments and in striking out prosecutions instituted without AG consent and accordingly the High Court set aside those orders and remitted the cases to the Principal Magistrate to be dealt with according to law.
