The court found the revised Statements of Claim filed on 25/24 April 2013 did not comply with the Order of 19 April 2013 and were irregular; the plaintiff repeatedly and contumeliously refused to comply with court orders, thereby abusing the process. Accordingly the irregularity applications were allowed, the defendants' dismissal applications were allowed and the plaintiff's claims were dismissed for want of prosecution and abuse of process, RAO applications were granted (with specified deletions) to prevent further abuse, and costs were awarded as directed.
