The Master ruled that the costs of preparing the itemized Bill dated 3 September 2007 in respect of the Baker & McKenzie one-month solicitors' fees (claimed $66,522.40) were unnecessary and disproportionate to the amounts in issue and were not justified by the receiving party, and therefore those preparation costs are disallowed.
