The trial judge's directions were appropriate and did not expose the jury to the risk of convicting the applicant of an uncharged conspiracy with Cheung; the omission of the police memo did not materially prejudice the defence or lead to admissible evidence that would have changed the outcome; the renewed leave application is therefore refused and the appeal against conviction is dismissed.
